You’d be hard-pressed finding someone with a penchant for Australia’s house music circuit who hasn’t heard the name James Pepper. The Sydney-based selector is becoming one of the country’s go-to DJs, as proved by bookings supporting the likes of Denis Sulta, Job Jobse, Gerd Janson, Ross From Friends and DJ Boring, to name a few. Through a string of releases on record labels Gallery Recordings, Haws, Neovinyl Recordings, and Gateway Recordings, James has become synonymous with a brand of high energy, carefully crafted deep house music that aligns him with the artists who have influenced him. Riding the wave of ‘Three Drops,’ his well received collaboration with Berlin-based producer Black Loops and a memorable debut Boiler Room set at the inaugural Lost Sundays event, its an honour to welcome James as our next interstate guest headliner.
